Gold Coast NBN Copper Network Disconnection dates set

The Telstra ISDN and PSTN disconnection dates have been set for the Gold Coast & Brisbane

Telstra has set the dates for the disconnection of their ISDN and PSTN copper line services. If you haven’t already talked to a provider about moving to a newer type of service, now is the time to do that or you risk losing your number. Dont get caught out when Telstra shuts down the old copper phone line network.

Telstra has begun progressively decommission services throughout Australian and for Brisbane and the Gold Coast area that time has begun. All copper line services will eventually be decommissioned as the roll out of the NBN is completed.

Bundall areas on the Gold Coast for example, are set to be decommissioned from November 2019 but there is still time to secure your business phone number and get it off the old PSTN/ISDN network and onto the new NBN phone network.

You can check the date your copper phone line services are due to be decommissioned by following this NBN co link or give us a call on 1300 788 869 and we’ll do it for you.
