If you currently have a FFTN/FTTC or HFC connection and want to migrate your server to the cloud, or use a cloud based PABX but your current TC4 service is not good enough to handle that traffic – Enterprise Ethernet is for you! If you require Enterprise Ethernet for a large business with over 100 people, or internet for a school, we suggest browsing the higher speed tiers as well as contacting our support team to determine which plan suits your organisational needs. What is Enterprise Ethernet?

Enterprise Ethernet is NBN Co’s fastest symmetrical wholesale product and premium-grade business offering. It has options for prioritised traffic, high capacity and symmetrical upload and download wholesale speeds from 10Mbps to close to 1Gbps, and a range of enhanced support options.

What are my Business support options?

All Call Central Business Fibre plans come with a standard Business-Grade SLA , with Bronze, Silver and Gold options available to order. Additionally, the team at Call Central are backed by the business nbn™ Operations Centre and business-grade delivery team.

How much does nbn® Enterprise Ethernet cost?

Our Business Fibre Enterprise Ethernet has prices starting from only $299 per month. This allows you to gain access to high-speed internet with guaranteed symmetrical speeds, unlimited data, and Bronze SLAs.

How does business nbn® installation work?

Home nbn® generally takes one week to install as long as the infrastructure has been laid during their build stage. Otherwise it can take up to 12-14 weeks during new development. Business nbn® follows the same timelines. However nbn® Business Fibre is a different timeline, which usually takes around 50-80 business days – area depending. NBN Co use local contracting cabling companies to complete the work that is required to build the fibre service to the customers premises. The installation process follows a number of stages including planning and design, all the way through to installation and activation.

What hardware do I need for the business nbn®?

The hardware you need for business nbn® depends on your location, as the network uses a mix of technologies to connect to you. For example, some devices such as medical alarms, monitored fire alarms, and lift emergency phones need to be registered with the nbn® directly. Other devices that may be synced with your Enterprise Ethernet connection include security systems, EFTPOS terminals, fax and teletypewriter devices, health claim terminals (HICAPS), and existing landline phone services.

What is a static IP Address?

A static IP address is a permanent, unchanging IP address that is assigned to a device or computer. It can be used to identify a device on the Internet, allowing it to access and communicate with other devices on the same network. Static IP addresses are necessary for certain applications such as online gaming, printer access over the network, to host your website or email server, remote desktop access and VoIP phone systems. They are also beneficial for businesses that require secure connections or need to host websites

What is an eSLA?

An eSLA (electronic Service Level Agreement) is an agreement between a service provider (like Call Central) and a customer that outlines the level of service to be provided. This document outlines the responsibilities of both parties, including performance metrics, customer support requirements, payment details, dispute resolution procedures, and other important details. Importantly, it provides for a higher level of support for your business by having faster rectification on faults within a specified timeframe. It is also one of the beneficial features between a business-grade nbn® service compared with a residential-grade one. Our support options include guaranteed business SLAs from 4 hours.

What is a SAG?

A SAG is a Service Agreement Guarantee and refers to our Business Fibre offering to guarantee an uptime of this Business Grade service. This ensures that our business clients can have the peace of mind that their service will be fully functional and operating during business hours and in time of need.
